Tadapox is a fixed-dose combination tablet containing tadalafil 20 mg (the active ingredient in Cialis) and dapoxetine 60 mg (the active ingredient in Priligy). Key FDA/EMA Warnings
- Absolute contraindication with nitrates or nitric oxide donors (risk of profound hypotension)
- Contraindicated with MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, SNRIs, or within 14 days (risk of serotonin syndrome)
