What Is Kamagra (Sildenafil Citrate) Used For?
Kamagra contains sildenafil citrate – the exact same active ingredient as brand Viagra® developed by Pfizer. It is manufactured by Ajanta Pharma under WHO-GMP certification and used worldwide for:
- Treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men
- Improvement of erection hardness, duration, and confidence
- Off-label use in Raynaud’s phenomenon and high-altitude pulmonary edema
Mechanism: selective inhibition of PDE5 → increased cGMP → relaxation of penile smooth muscle → enhanced blood flow during sexual stimulation.
